CORDOBA PEANUTS
Born to be a Delicatessen

Argentina is one of the largest exporters of edible peanuts in the world and the first one of peanut oil. More than 95% of Argentine peanuts are planted in the province of Cordoba and exported worldwide. The main destination is the European Union and this is why all of our productive processes are oriented to comply with the European Health and Food legislation and Codex Standards.

CORDOBA PEANUTS brand is an Identification of Certified Origin. Its seal guarantees a product of maximum purity, complete sanitation and processing under the strictest food safety regulations. Our peanuts have a specific chemical composition, a defined organoleptic profile and particular nutritional attributes.

CORDOBA PEANUTS have a characteristic intense roast flavor enriched by a delicate sweet reminiscence. The high calcium content gives it a mild hardness and a particular crunchy texture that are enjoyable in the mouth. The kernels show a smooth shade of light brown. When subjected to heat treatments, this color gains golden gleams offering a beautiful visual effect. These attributes give CORDOBA PEANUTS their uniqueness, resulting in a product strongly attractive to consumers.

OUR HIGH OLEIC PEANUTS

Peanuts are an excellent source of nutrients and energy. High Oleic peanuts have at least 75% of oleic acid; therefore, they are more stable when facing oxidation processes. High Oleic peanuts last more time without going rancid or losing its quality or flavor (shell life: at least eight times more than normal peanuts; Source: INTA).

High Oleic peanuts composition regarding fat acids and the relation between oleic and linoleic acids is very similar (or superior) to olive oil. In a few words, these peanuts are healthier, more stable and resistant to time.
